How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside the app: open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Ultra Cleaner → Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends to avoid the next charge.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all App Store refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Ultra Cleaner charge and choose Request a refund. Apple usually decides within 48 hours.
How do I restore my purchase on a new iPhone?
Sign in with the same Apple ID that made the purchase, open any upgrade screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases.
Photos & data
I deleted a photo by mistake — can I get it back?
Yes. Everything cleaned with Ultra Cleaner goes through iOS's standard deletion, so it stays in Photos → Albums → Recently Deleted for 30 days. Select the photo there and tap Recover.
I deleted emails by mistake — can I get them back?
Yes, within 30 days: Ultra Cleaner moves deleted mail to Gmail's Trash, never past it. In Gmail, open Trash, select the messages and move them back to the inbox.
The app can't see my photos
Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Ultra Cleaner and choose Full Access. With limited access the app can only scan the photos you hand-picked, so counts will look wrong.
I forgot my Secret Space PIN
For privacy reasons the vault has no PIN recovery — a reset backdoor would defeat its purpose. Please write your PIN down somewhere safe when you create it.
How do I disconnect Gmail from the app?
Sign out inside Email Cleaner, which revokes the app's access. You can also review or remove access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
